Muscle Ointment

Ingredients

Herbal Oil of: Arnica; Ginger; Rosemary; Rockrose; Beeswax; EO: Peppermint; Rosemary; Lavender; Sage

Uses

Relief from muscle and joint pain, inflammation and swelling. Inflammation of tendons (tendinitis), ligaments, muscles and joints. Relief from the feeling of tired legs. Bruising and poor circulation. Topical use after training. Circulatory and muscle tonic.

Indications

Apply this ointment to clean, dry skin. Apply in circular motions to the painful area. Helps relieve muscle and joint pain. Apply the ointment with self-massage for 10 minutes, varying the pressure applied. Apply to areas such as: ankles, knees, hips, back, shoulders, neck, and wrists.

Store at room temperature, protected from direct sunlight. Avoid getting water inside the bottle.
